Houzz.com is the leading platform for homeowners to find remodeling and home building ideas. It is also a place for residential architects and designers to showcase their work. In addition, Houzz has an online marketplace where you can buy the latest fine home furnishings and appliances. In the Houzz Pro-Center you can find other industry-related resources.

Liza Hausman is the Vice President of Industry Marketing for Houzz. Her experience spans advertising, consulting, marketing and social strategy for Fortune 500 brands to a host of innovative startups. She co-founded her first internet startup in 1998, a home improvement retailer eventually sold to Walmart. In addition, Over the last seven years she's worked with interior designers, architects, contractors and landscape designers to remodel and decorate nearly every inch of her home in Palo Alto, CA. If you aren't familiar with Houzz, perhaps you live under a rock, because in the past five years, Houzz has taken the residential remodeling and building world by storm.
