Enoch Bartlett Sears AIA, founder and CEO

Enoch Sears is the founder of Business of Architecture, a leading architecture firm management consultancy. He is a highly sought-after expert on architecture firm management and marketing and famous for helping architects get recognition and business success using strategic approaches to client attraction. Additionally, Enoch is the author of two books, The Architect's Marketing Field Guide, and Social Media for Architects.

He hosts the Business of Architecture podcast, which has more than 1 million downloads, and the Business of Architecture YouTube channel has over 21,000 subscribers.

After graduating from Cornell University and becoming a licensed architect, Enoch Sears was let go from his dream job in the Great Recession of 2007 and he started his own firm.

It was a constant struggle, and after less than a year he decided to shut it down.

He's made it his life's work to help other firm owners avoid the same trap.

He consulted everyone he knew who was successful at running a firm, read everything available on the subject, and combined those with his personal experience to develop what is now the SMART Practice Method for running a creatively and financially rewarding firm.

The SMART Practice Method is currently used by leading design and architecture firms around the world.
