It was a constant struggle, and after less than a year he decided to shut it down.
He's made it his life's work to help other firm owners avoid the same trap.
He consulted everyone he knew who was successful at running a firm, read everything available on the subject, and combined those with his personal experience to develop what is now the SMART Practice Method for running a creatively and financially rewarding firm.
The SMART Practice Method is currently used by leading design and architecture firms around the world.
